Getquantify was created by Roman Leinwather, founder of Lewro creative studio. The application was first used to speed the work of the studio, and then released for public consumption in 2011. Since then, it has gained a small but tight fan following among startups and small teams looking to streamline their workflows and better track their time and expenses. To date, the application has over 140 Twitter followers.

Getquantify is designed to perform all of the tasks of traditional project management software, but with a smarter user interface and a lower difficulty curve. Getquantify looks to consolidate several features from a variety of apps into one easy-to-access location.

Actions in Getquantify stem from the application’s dashboard, which provides access to any task one would need to complete. Navigation is a bit convoluted at times, with no clear direction on how exactly to go about performing some of the application’s many complex functions. Still, the interface is about as user-friendly as it gets when it comes to project management software, and with a few hours of practice, most users will learn its intricacies.

In order to register, users must enter a first and last name, in addition to creating a password and providing an email address. Additionally, registration must be completed through PayPal, as there is no free version of the software currently available. Curious users can access a demo without registration.

Getquantify requires a $29 per month subscription fee. This fee is applied once per team, so your small business could use the application without having to pay for additional licenses. Getquantify does provide a free 30-day trial, but you will still need to provide payment information in order to access the application.
